Writer:
LaDora Mishan Sella graduated from the University of New Mexico’s Media Arts Program with a Bachelor of Arts in Film, Television, and Radio and has a production and marketing background in public and commercial broadcasting. She received the New Mexico Filmmaker’s Award in 2012 and worked with director Joan Darling of Robert Redford’s Sundance Film Lab. LaDora created Write This Way Productions in Santa Fe, New Mexico where she currently lives. While attending TheFilmSchool in Seattle, an intensive screenwriting program focussed on elevating the art of storytelling, LaDora developed a connection with award-winning screenwriter, Stewart Stern, who inspired her to write her first short screenplay. Brightwood premiered at the Seattle International Film Festival and was an official selection at several subsequent festivals, including the Santa Fe Film Festival, Athens International Film Festival, HollyShorts, and the Tacoma Film Festival where it won "Best Regional Film.
Director:
L. Gabriel Gonda is a Seattle-based writer and director. His short film Tex: Vampire Hunter has played in film festivals all around the US and overseas, including the 2010 1 Reel Film Festival, and was a finalist in the 2010 Cape Fear Independent Film Festival. Most recently he wrote, produced, and directed Love and War which premiered at the 2011 Seattle International Film Festival.
Producer:
Jacob Leander has produced three films for Image Mind Light production company including the award-winning short film, This One Is About Love. His other productions include award-winning short films and commercials for industry giants such as Toyota, Volvo, Discovery Channel, MTV/Fremantle Media, and K2 Sports. Jacob has also worked with X-Games, United States Navy, Microsoft, Chevrolet, Cadillac, T-Mobile, and many other major international advertising agencies and production companies. He worked on the short film, Shuffle, which won multiple awards. Jacob brings a rich background in small business, corporate management, public relations, marketing, and event management to each project he undertakes. He is recognized as one of the premier independent film producers in the Northwest.

Kit Marlatt has worked in the television and film industry for over eighteen years as an Assistant Director on numerous projects, big and small. He brings experience and on-set knowledge to every production he is a part of and is thrilled to be producing independent films again. Production Designer:
Bryan Felty is an award-winning Environmental Designer who founded the film production company Good Bones Productions. He has taken on roles as creative director and senior project designer for several of the largest Global Experience Marketing Agencies in New England. His experiential marketing skills and ability to design with the most updated 3D and graphic software have translated gracefully into the world of cinema. Bryan also collaborated on the award-winning short, Shuffle. He has directed numerous commercials, music videos, and feature-length projects. Bryan holds a BS in Illustration and Design from Texas A&M and an MFA in Film Production Design from the American Film Institute in Los Angeles.

Connor Hair is a cinematographer who grew up in Seattle. Currently based in Los Angeles, he has shot a wide range of projects including a feature film in Ethiopia, a documentary in the Dominican Republic, and a short film called Love and War - an official selection at the Seattle International Film Festival. He is currently shooting a feature film in Seattle and another in LA.

Fred Beahm has been a professional Editor in the Pacific Northwest for over a decade and has extensive experience editing narrative and commercial projects. A member of the Motion Picture Editors Guild, Fred has worked on a wide range of short and feature-length films and commercial projects with several high-profile companies such as Amazon, Google, Microsoft, Starbucks, Kully Hall, and Digital Kitchen. He is the owner and operator of Seattle-based production companies Spliced Media & Spliced Films.
